Farmway in Bradford VT just posted about 35 minutes ago that they just received dozens of Woodman Arms muzzleloaders. Come and get them they said.
Get your name on the list now if you want oneI stopped in at Farmway in Bradford, VT this morning and asked about the Woodman Arms muzzleloaders they got in 2 weeks ago. They have sold them all. The owner told me he had 3 dozen or so more on order now for a while but didn't expect them in until the first part of November.
I was there March 25th and they didn't have any. I bet Farmway has a great markup, haha!Farmway in Bradford VT just posted about 35 minutes ago that they just received dozens of Woodman Arms muzzleloaders. Come and get them they said.

Niche market up there.Man alive…what the heck is the all fired attraction to these muzzleloaders that they sell out like that??
They are lightweight (<6lbs without scope), compact, weather resistant, great trigger, hammerless, BH209 compatible, easy to clean and very accurate. Without a hammer they are cocked by opening and closing the action, then to fire you just push the trigger guard safety off, which by the way is in the same location as the safety on a 760/7600. Seems like the next Thompson Center Arms. Locals like local product. And production is smaller than Thompson, so they sell them out.Man alive…what the heck is the all fired attraction to these muzzleloaders that they sell out like that??
I was there at about 8:30 am waiting for them to open the doors. Picked up a bunch of seeds for the garden, some to start in the house. The Dunstan Chestnut trees look healthy. Between the deer and the bears, I've given up on planting more apple trees. Bears just rip the branches off and steal all the apples.I must’ve missed you Browse. I went to the Colatina about 430pm.
I am still pruning apples. I pruned Friday and Saturday. I hopefully will finish next weekend. I’m way behind this year. Bear damaged sone limbs but, we had very few apples last fall. I did lose two old trees to the Christmas windstorm. They were flattened. Sad to see an 80+ year old tree go down. From what I see the apples will be loaded this year if we don’t get late frosts or another drought. Lots of fruit buds forming.I was there at about 8:30 am waiting for them to open the doors.
