Does anyone have experience with any of the wind direction Apps available online?
I have been trying the app “Wind Compass”.
So far it has been pretty accurate. By checking the wind direction at saved locations I can make changes to my hunt plan before heading out. Just curious if anyone else has tried an app and what were your results.

I have used "Windy" and it was okay but they spend more time trying to sell you something and the other one is Iwindsurf but they use "stations that report conditions only in certain areas. Wind Compass looks interesting...think I'll try it.

If you're in an area with cell service, I love Windfinder. It will look useless to you until you get into the map portion of it. It shows animated wind arrows in the area you're zoomed in on, and there's a timeline bar on the bottom you can slide to see how the wind will change over a certain amount of time.
