VIDEO- My wife’s first deer, what a start!

My wife is fairly new to hunting and her first deer was an amazing experience that I was lucky enough to get on camera. She has since taken some turkeys and ducks but another buck is what she has her mind set on. Unfortunately a really nice buck narrowly slipped by this season. There is nothing better than hunting with her! thanks for watching!

That's as good as it gets! Don't know if it was just on the video...but your wife seemed as cool as a cucumber. Your dad looks familiar...pretty sure I remember him from when I used to run in some of the primitive biathlons years ago...circa 2010. The mountain hunting reminds me of a lot of what we do in my part of the world...lots of fun...but very challenging. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much for commenting- she was very calm for her first experience shooting at a deer and a big one at that! I think I was more worked up! My mom dad and myself all competed in the primitive biathlons for awhile! They were a lot of fun and I miss it. Maybe we will get into it again. We did southern Vermont and Smugglers in your State and a couple in NY. Good times. Thanks again and I appreciate your comments!!
