Do you wear skinny jeans as well?? Just kidding, nice boots! I wear Hoffman explorers now, and they have a great sole that is a little softer and stick well on rocks etc. I own the 6" lites and a pair of the 8" 400 gram thinsulate.

No skinny jeans, but I often do wear a kilt with them during early season hunts.

Why were they slippery?

Update on Rocky mountain stalker pro. I have figured out why these boots were slipping. It was not the fault of the boots. So, these boots now have no known flaws in my opinion.
