So from looking at Harvest info, cost of licenses, and amount of permits, is it safe to say that not too many people hunt in Rhode Island?

No, it's NOT safe to say, lol... I hunt RI to get the early start, the late end... and sundays

LOL okay, just initial looking, I might be adding to that, but I do have my Sundays in NH, and the Late end might be my only benefit. How have you done overall in that state?

License cost is nothing.... $45 for a lic then $25 a tag with you being able to purchase 2 buck tags.... Thats pennies compared to other states Nonresident costs...

Wait till you start knocking on doors asking people to sign your permission slip..... Thats when you'll start thinking no one hunts.... Remember to hunt private land you need to have a permission slip signed and with you at all times..... I've been told no more times in that state then all of my other attempts combine..
