RCBS hand priming tool. It allows you to feel when the primer is seated and avoids crushing/damaging the primer, specifically the anvil on the inside. Unless the automatic tools have greatly improved I would go with a hand tool. Once you get used to it the time spent is minimal. Also cheaper, the calibers you referenced use the same size shell holder.
I was looking at the Lee RAM Prime but will go with the RCBS universal hand priming tool instead. There is no one within 3 hours of me that carries any reloading supplies so it is hard to look at things.

If you want pics of anything let me know. I have some lee case trimmers, rcbs lathe case trimmer, pact electric powder dispenser and scale, rcbs priming tool and rcbs single stage press. I was into reloading pretty big for a while. Now I just do hunting loads.
i have a press, dies, scale, calipers, trimmer, chamfer tool, shellholder, brass, primers, and bullets. All I really need now is powder and something to prime with.
Over time I’ll get more equipment. Been cleaning the brass with a fine steel wool and waiting for the lanolin to come in so I can make some case lube. Went to Bangor today and picked up the powder I wanted to try for the 308. No priming tools so I’ll have to order.
I use both Lee hand prime and RCBS hand prime tool, set up one for small and one for large primers. RCBS uses the same shell holder as the press, and the Lee uses a different style shell holder. Go with the rcbs, or you will need seperate shell holders
