Hey guys. New adventure taking place In my little corner of the world. Getting a place in NY, not to far from Albany and looking at doing some plots. We’ve gotten a price on a few different tractors but I wanna know what you guys think are “must have” implements for doing this before we start buying .. our largest plots with be about 1.5 and 1.2 acres and smaller ones .75 .50 and .40 respectively..as of now with homework I’ve done we’re thinking perennials in the larger and annuals on the smaller plots. And potentially the smallest one for turkeys.. please give me all the advice, wisdom and nonsense you can gather! Looking forward to hearing responses!

At a minimum I would get a heavy duty tow behind mower to cut the clover a couple times a year, a spreader for seed/lime/fertilizer, a disc/cultipacker combo type implement, and a tank w/spray bars for weed control.

Thanks! This has all been ordered. Got a plotmaster 600 with 3 point hitch for the tractor.
