First Morning ...Chase is ready

Chase's first buck.....Anticosti 5 pt taken @ 85-90yrds with 243 Abolt while 3 of us watched

He was very proud

After some other morning excitement......Mr Williamson's boy Wyatt took his first Anticosti buck as well. 125 yrds on the Beach

After this hunt we got these 2 happy hunters back to camp , Deer hung up and the kids wanted to stay back at camp after a Wind/Snow whipping morning

After Lunch we headed back out to the beach with Phil (guide), I was able to connect with a tall heavy 8pt that was on his hit list just after the drift wood with my Kimber 260 @ 250 yrds.

Ahhhh..Day 2...Headed to Barber shop with 2 kids and Phil the other kid....

Sat til 0930 and Gary and Phil took off for a walk...Kids were getting cold.....So We lit a fire.

Before we left. Chase was all about having a fire and cooking hot dogs.

By 1 Lance and Jaylee show up....7 people, Fire, Hot dogs cooking, Test firing rifles still not enough to keep the deer away.



Wyatt and Chase take there second deer each on the second day. Wyatt a 7 pt and Chase a 4 pt.

Day 3 we are back on the Beach, We watched Deer all day on the Beach.



Later in the Afternoon we split up , Gay and Wyatt headed back towards the boat and Chase and I head for the Point of no return. Made a couple stalks on Deer in the coves up that direction , no shooters. Gary let Wyatt shoot a 8 pt near the boat.

So I said we had better start back. on the way back I see a shooter walking towards us on the beach, Nice and wide. I range him at 198 , I settle and take the shot with my 260. Buck went 40 yrds up off the beach and folded.....

Day 4 Chase and I tagged out....We take a few group Photo's and Gary still needs a Buck

After the above pics...Chase and I and Gary and Wyatt head back down the Beach.

I see Gary is talking to Wyatt on the wheeler and See these 2 Bucks run across the path. I hurry up along side Gary and Say 2 Bucks just crossed, He runs down the trail and these bucks are still looking at us and he levels this one.

good last buck and we were back to Camp by noon...lol
