I've had an interest in this for the last 40 years and it has always been the Lenander buck as the heaviest buck ever killed and verified, with the Hinkley buck second.

While I doubt that there are many, if any, bigger, it is hard to look at weights subjectively. Those in the mid-west and western Canadian providence’s don’t seem to care about weight at all as antler size trumps all.

There is also a huge variation of how deer are dressed

I have never heard of the 421 from Ontario but that is a huge deer
