EScout put some heat to that peroxide to kick it off..... It'll whiten up even better. Check out some taxidermy sites.. They all recommend heat.. Wood stove or heat gun

Oh awesome, I will give that a try. I am thinking about doing all 3 of the 8 pointers I got this year as euros and putting them together on one board.

If you don't have the time to dyi I had Dave Mitchell over in Marlboro Mass do one for me last season. Did a great job for what I felt was a fair price (I seem to recall $75 with plaque)

I've got my 2nd MA buck just about done, that's the one on the left. My NY buck, the one on the right, is just about ready for a peroxide coat.

I'm seeing a ton of slightly different DIY instructions out there. Anyone want to post what process they used? These all look great, and it might be relevant to the OP anyway.
