That's like a Maine deer. Are 210 pound dressed deer common in that area of Connecticut? I'm thinking that's a pretty heavy weight for the state.

Congratulations Davey. Longbow 200 lb.+ plus deer aren't as large a percentage of the population as Maine. There's big deer taken every year. We don't have a biggest bucks club so you don't hear much about them.

Damn fine buck - congratulations. My kids play a bunch of soccer up in CT and I usually go for a hike/walk prior to their games and have found some great tracks up there. We always see a ton driving through too, pretty good deer densities it seems as well as size.
