My mistake. Video was already posted.
It’s occurs on the snowmobile Facebook groups I’m in for parts, which can get expensive if you get F’d.A lot of this happening on flea-bay from what I hear on other forums…much misrepresentation of items a seller doesn’t even have…they just drop-ship a fake or a completely different item from Amazon…the world is full of scumbags, unfortunately.
Post #2This popped up tonight on my Youtube feed........
If that’s the first time you’ve seen it, what are your thoughts? My bad…… didn’t realize it was already posted
I was trying to figure out what was different this morning, but I couldn't place it. Something was out of place, but it didn't click. That is what it is.If that’s the first time you’ve seen it, what are your thoughts?
One thing I noticed was the angle of the antlers in the recovery video seem more up-and-down and not laid out as flat as in the photo. The angle of the main beams are different it appears.
The video is pretty distorted for 1998 technology, is it not? Looks like one of them bigfoot vids. Could it be intentionally distorted so people wouldn't catch what you have?If that’s the first time you’ve seen it, what are your thoughts?

Sounds like he is suspicious of the deer but can't come to a conclusion either way.Something more to ponder?

Secret Rompola Buck Panel 'Knew What They Did' | Deer & Deer Hunting
A Michigan antler-scoring official yesterday broke his 25-year silence on what he knew about the infamous Mitch Rompola Buck at the time when the deer was allegedly examined. His comments shed unseen light on a subject which has captivated deer hunters for nearly three decades. Earlier today...www.deeranddeerhunting.com
And, what did the video prove or point out?I joined a FB group, and a video was shared (which has since been removed) that Mitch's son Kevin was commenting on and going back/forth with the video creator. It was a YT podcast vid.
The video was of a guy just regurgitating a bunch of the same old rumors from 25 years as to why it has to be fake. And, what did the video prove or point out?
Thank you for your thorough, informative, and respectful reply. The video was of a guy just regurgitating a bunch of the same old rumors from 25 years as to why it has to be fake.
This is the post in question that has some screenshots of some of the comments.

This is the video, but the one that was commented on was a clipped segment of it that is no longer available. It starts at like 14:00 or so.
There's some interesting stuff posted in there from time to time. Not sure why the recent ressurgance in discussion around the deer, but it is interesting to follow along. If you're on Facebook, check it out.Thank you for your thorough, informative, and respectful reply.

If they said it was legit, then why did they insist on an X ray, and no X rays on other record bucks? You know that Mitch Rompola was well known within Michigan circles before he shot this buck. In fact, he was a high-ranking member of CBM and was also an official scorer for P&Y and B&C. They may not have run it through the ringer as they would a complete stranger, since they all knew him. However, world record scorer's were not so assuming and demanded x rays be done.
