Take a look at Cabela's and they have several that meet your criteria and then some. I have a Barnett Quad 300 at the present time and it sends a bolt out at 335 FPS.
You also need to take into consideration a cocking mechanism of some sort when you have a crossbow because of the amount of poundage.
