I've only used mine a few times so I'd certainly defer to Jeremy. That said, I was surprised at how tippy it is. Certainly not Tundra tippy but more than I would have expected.
Take a look at the area where the spindle meets the ski, specifically the bolt that attaches them together. There should be a spaceron the bolt. In this picture the ski is wide, if you put those black spacers on the other side of the wide spindle it makes it narrower. The difference between narrow at 38 and wide at 40 will make it more stable, that is if you are in the narrow stance now.
