375 miles for two. Been slow going, but decent competition everywhere I have gone except one area.

I went for a walk around camp in NH this past weekend. Not a lot of moose sign, and did run into another shed hunter,
No sheds were found, but I did see a couple of healthy looking cows.

There are a ton of moose around here, even for the snow not pushing them to the roads. A few weeks back on one road I saw 17! 7-8 were nice bulls. I saw two big bulls last week and maybe 15 cows. You can’t drive down a logging road on the west side of Moosehead without it being all tracked up. I think this week will be good for them dropping them. Of course I’m working.

Nice sled KC. I have a one similar and am embarrassed to say that I only put 52 miles on it in 2021. That will change this year.

Thanks, I really love it. My favorite to date, especially with the articulating rear skid as I can back up through or over anything when turning around in tight spots. Our last two stroke went down the road to a buddy, so everyone is on the 900 ace now. Hope this one is as flawless as the others have been.

We have had just enough snow to get around, actually not enough is more like it, but I have been doing my best to stay in snow in some areas. Entire townships around me don’t have enough snow to ride on the roads as the wind has blown it all off.

Agreed. Very cool sled. I got to use a 900 Skandic with the articulating track a few deer seasons ago. Awesome feature. Hope the snow picks up for you

The 900 ACE is supposed to be bullet proof.

First trip last year was to Carr Pond. Made a wrong turn and ended up a road with a gate. Tried to turn and slid into the ditch with snow up to my belly button. Figured they'd find me in the spring. I was buried. The sled backed out of that like nothing. Impressive.

Great. They are pretty tough to get stuck.
I can’t remember if I mentioned this before, but I sold a 900ace in the spring with around 12,000 miles. I have one my daughter uses now that has around 13,000 miles, a d my wife has one with around 6k miles. Of all of those, I have replaced a reverse coupler, and one idler wheel. Bulletproof is right.

I could get it stuck been there done that with sleds/trucks/cars/sxs. If it has, wheels tracks or an engine i can get it stuck

Nice finds. Is there much snow up that way?

Not really here at Parlin Pond. If I head east towards Rockwood a bit more, north to the Golden Rd a foot or better. They are panning the trails east and north of me. Overall, just enough to get around. Headed to the NMWs at sunup tomorrow with a buddy to dub around.

It is only 100hp, and 154 inch long track so wasn’t built with top end in mind. That being said, around 80mph. I’ve had the high HP mountain sleds and trail rockets, but none of it appeals to me anymore except just bombing around on logging roads or trail riding with the girls.
