Cast Iron Wild Turkey Pot Pie

This one is quick and easy. Brown some diced Turkey chunks in a cast iron pan and then add frozen mixed vegetables and Cambell's Cream of Chicken Soup without adding the water.




Bring it to a boil and then top it with some Pillsbury Biscuits:


Put it in a 400 degree oven for 10 -12 minutes until the biscuits are nice and brown:

Damn ! That is so simple to make and it looks YUMMY ! Im definitely going to make that.

The wild turkeys made a fool out of me this spring so I guess I will have to try it with supermarket birds

I do have some turkey left over. I was going to grind it up for turkey sausage , but I gotta try that instead.
