Sounds great, now show me. I've already heard some real horror stories about their prices but will take a wait and see on that as well.

I was just able to buy a half case of 9mm online for 55cents a round, still kinda expensive but much better than the 40 dollars for a box of 50 rounds that the local stores are selling it for.

Not sure and maybe 100% incorrect, but I thought Sierra bought Remington ammo? Or the parent company?

I think you are correct. I guess I thought Vista owned Speer which may make sense that they are no longer using Sierra. Either way, it was a good load and stinks.

Sierra didn't buy Remington . Sierra bought Barnes that was owned by Remington . Sierra is actually owned by Clarus Corp , that owns many outdoor equipment companies . Sierra Bullets was bought by Clarus Corp in 2017.

Vista Outdoors bought all the Remington Ammo Assets and trademarks

This article is how the entire Remington Outdoors assets were broken up and sold to 7 different buyers

That’s too bad. I think I still have five boxes of the 35 Whelen Bear claw left so I’m good for a while

Not to stray from the ammo “crisis” but have you seen the cost of lumber products? 3/4” advantec $82 projected to be $100 by mid summer. WTH! 7/16” osb (beaver puke) $45. Major price gouging going on this tume last year 3/4” was $29-34 a sheet and osb was $7-11

And none of that increase seems to be going to the landowners or loggers.

Finally lined up enough 308...243...& 270 components to get us through a season or 2. Found a couple hundred 308 hornady 165 grain interlocks a few weeks ago and bit the bullet & bought them. Price wasn't awful either.
